MAGIC PODI

This is the second product in our line of podis. This is also a family recipe, this time from my mom! She calls it "Magic Podi" because it elevates any dish to another level, magically. This is a no salt, cooking podi. This means, you need to salt your dish and let this podi saute' in oil for a little bit. Here is a fantastic way to use this podi for starters.

Recipe for Sundal (a popular South Indian Snack)

• Add oil to a heated pan
• Toss in Just Like Magic Podi and let it sizzle
• Add in a can of chick peas and a little salt to taste
• Sauté until the chick peas are roasted. Do not let it burn
• Switch off and toss in some dry or fresh unsweetened coconut powder
